Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Liseli Pizzo Cleaning Corp, doing business as Pizzo Cleaning Services ("we", "us"), handles information you share with us through this website (https://pizzoscleaning.com), by phone, text message or email.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: the type of cleaning, ZIP code, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate square footage, whether you have pets, how often you'd like cleaning, your preferred date and time, any notes, your first and last name, phone number, email address and preferred contact method. We also record the page you submitted from and the time of submission.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send your cleaning quote and answer your questions.
• To contact you by call, text or email about your request and scheduled cleanings.
• To schedule, perform and follow up on cleaning services you book.
• To protect our website against spam and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

How your form submission is processed

Quote requests are stored securely in our database and sent to us as an email notification and a mobile push notification so we can respond quickly. These services act only on our behalf to deliver those notifications. Text messages and calls are sent from our business phone.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts. Email pizzocleaningma@gmail.com or call (978) 608-6474.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
