Our post-construction cleaning works from the top down: high surfaces first, then walls and fixtures, then cabinets inside and out, and finally floors. We remove sticker residue, paint and grout haze where it's safe to do so, and leave you with a space that finally looks like the photos you had in mind.

When to schedule
Book your cleaning once the trades are done and the heavy debris is gone, but before you move furniture back in. For larger projects, a second light pass a few days later catches any dust that settles from the air.

We remove light debris and leftover packaging. Heavy debris and dumpster removal should be handled by your contractor.
Can you clean paint off windows or floors?
We remove light paint splatter and haze where it's safe for the surface. We'll tell you up front if something needs a specialist.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. We're happy to coordinate timing directly with your contractor so the space is ready for the final walkthrough.
