These terms apply to your use of this website and to cleaning services provided by Liseli Pizzo Cleaning Corp, doing business as Pizzo Cleaning Services.

Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Prices are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted, with your agreement, if the home's size or condition differs significantly from what was described.

Scheduling and access

We'll confirm your appointment date and time window. Please provide safe access to the home (a key, code or someone present) and let us know about pets, alarms or parking instructions.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Text or call (978) 608-6474.

Satisfaction promise

If you're not happy with any area we cleaned, let us know within 24 hours of the visit and we'll return to re-clean that area at no additional charge.

Payment

Payment is due after the cleaning is completed, using the payment method confirmed with your quote.

Insurance and safety

We carry general liability insurance. We don't move very heavy furniture, climb above safe step-ladder height, or clean biohazards. Please let us know about fragile or valuable items before the visit.
